This is achieved  with our two state of the art computer numerically controlled (CNC) cutting systems—an ultra high pressure water-jet with a 6.5 foot x 12 foot cutting envelope utilizing digital pattern files with a combination of high pressure water and abrasive garnet to achieve perfectly consistent shape cutting every time. Perfect score cutting is accomplished with our computer numerically controlled (CNC) straight-line and shape cutting machine. Step two is edge finishing. This is done by our multiple Italian made Bovone and Bavelloni flat polishers and beveling machines.  These are the worlds best edging machines producing brilliant high polished miters, bevels, flat edges and polished arises.  Non straight-line edging is accomplished on our diameter and shape edger in conjunction with world class hand grinding and polishing artisans. Finally your product perfection is assured through meticulous quality control via a series of inspections through out every step of the fabrication process.
