Ordering: All orders should be faxed or emailed using our part numbers and descriptions. We gladly accept telephone orders for your convenience, but accept no responsibility for errors in orders taken over the telephone.

Order Acknowledgement: No return Fax or email acknowledgement will be sent; please call for acknowledgement of order and to confirm ship dates.

Shipment of stock items: Stock items are generally shipped the same day if the order is received prior to 3 PM Pacific Time; however, please contact our customer service department to confirm shipment dates for any orders with critical deadlines.

Minimum Order: The minimum order is $60.00 USD exclusive of shipping charges. There will be a $5.00 charge for orders less than the minimum to cover processing expenses.

Pricing: Pricing and products are subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. our factory, Murrieta, California.

Terms: All orders must be paid prior to shipping unless credit has been established. Shipping charges are added to invoice F.O.B. Murrieta, California. All invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge when over 30 days old.

Rush Orders: Orders requiring less than normal lead time will be produced at no additional charge when possible. Please contact our factory for current production time to see if rush charges may apply.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are gladly accepted. We will make every effort to create a manufacturing run to meet your exact quantity request, however, it is practically impossible to run exact quantities. It is therefore understood that an under or over run of 10% is acceptable as fulfillment of that request. All custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit at time of order. Please contact our customer service department for current lead time.

Quotations: All quotes are numbered and dated at the time they are given. Quotes will be honored by Glassplax for 30 days even in the event of a published price change.

Product Verification: All products should be inspected by receiver immediately in order to confirm that they have received the correct product. Glassplax takes no responsibility for mis shipments after they have been etched or altered.

Split shipments/Drop shipments: All split shipments and drop shipments are subject to a $5.25 packaging charge, per box, plus actual shipping and boxing charges. One label must be supplied by customer for each package drop shipped (No P.O. Boxes). Orders received without labels will be subject to a surcharge of $2.00 per label.

Truck shipments: We will calculate the weight of your order prior to shipment and advise you of the most economical method of shipping. We have large discounts with some carriers and will gladly pass them along to you, or you may use the carrier of your choice. Glassplax can not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during transit of shipments set up by customers.

Returns: Products returned for credit or exchange will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Glassplax authorization is required prior to return of any merchandise.

Damaged shipments: Glassplax uses extreme care in packaging all of our products. In the unlikely event product is damaged during shipment, you must report damage to the carrier and Glassplax immediately. All packaging and inner contents must be held for carrier's inspection.

*Please note: Replacement of damaged goods will be shipped via UPS or common carrier, ground only. Expedited shipping arrangements are at the customer's expense.

Size tolerances: Due to the fabrication process used to produce glass award products, some slight variation in size may occur. A plus or minus of 1/16 inch is considered acceptable on rectangle and square pieces. Other shapes with multi-facets require extra machine and hand work, therefore slight variations in their dimensions sometimes occur.

Pallet charge: There will be a $25.00 charge per pallet in addition to actual shipping charges on all LTL shipments.

Boxing charge: Many of our products either come with an individual presentation box or can be added for an additional charge. However, all products must be bulk master boxed for shipping using UPS approved packing materials. Each master box is charged at $5.65 and included in the total shipping charges presented on your invoice. We have designed our master boxes to accept as many products as possible to keep the per piece cost minimal.

Please note: Although we have tried to reproduce photographs of our products that represent their true color, photographic reproduction of glass and mirror is extremely difficult. Actual colors may vary from the catalog and website images.

Combine any of Glassplax standard stock products at list price to determine the value of your order. The total value of stock products will determine the discount rate per order.

Orders over $225.00 apply a 10% discount
Orders over $1200.00 apply a 20% discount
Orders over $4000.00 call for a special quotation

Glassplax encourages custom fabrication orders;
discounts for custom products will be considered on a per order basis.
